Artist Statement

I am a young artist with a strong interest in branding, graphic design, and digital media. I enjoy using visual design as a way to communicate ideas and emotions, creating simple but meaningful graphics and illustrations that draw attention to subjects people may not usually notice.

My work is inspired by everyday life, particularly social issues, music, and nature. These are topics I feel personally connected to and enjoy exploring through design. I like using my work to highlight the complexity and beauty within these subjects and to encourage viewers to see them from a different perspective. Themes such as identity, emotion, and communication often appear in my designs, as I am interested in how visual language can help people connect with ideas and stories.

My creative process usually begins with research and quick sketching, capturing ideas as soon as they come to mind, even if this starts as rough drawings on scrap paper. I then develop these ideas digitally using tools such as Procreate and Adobe Creative Cloud. I enjoy experimenting with colour, layout, imagery, and typography, and my designs often change as I work on them. This process takes time and patience, but it allows me to refine my ideas and create a strong final outcome.

As a developing designer, I aim to create work that is not only visually engaging but also meaningful. I see each project as an opportunity to learn, grow, and further develop my creative and technical skills.
