Artist Statement

I am a rising illustrative artist who works mostly in pencils. My work is based around realism portraits usually of celebrities or people I know. I enjoy drawing portraits especially eyes as you can tell a story through them as well as understand someone’s emotional state. Even if you cover the rest of the face, they eyes will tell you everything you need to know. The pencils I use allows me to add quite a lot of definition to the facial features in order to create light contrasts and realism. Altogether I want my work to be able to inspire others to create and also see the beauty amongst human beings no matter how different we all are. I want my work to show everyone that no matter your age race or gender we are all worth loving
